Return Policy

Because our sticks are custom orders, and often printed and/or painted, we cannot accept returns. If you are unhappy with the craftsmanship of your order, please contact us at customerservice@customdrumsticks.biz. We'll be happy to do what we can to make your order complete if there is a serious problem.

Printed logos on wood will naturally not be perfectly uniform. Often, very small imperfections in the wood will cause the ink to appear as if it is cracked or missing in those tiny areas. Please understand that the printing on a drumstick is meant to convey the impression of the image or text, and not be a wholly faithful representation of the quality of the actual image as it would appear on your computer monitor.
